Also known as the “Pearl of Africa” is a landlocked country in East Africa. Although a small country, this country offers a wonderful diversity of wildlife, with the largest concentration of primates in the world, to volcano-backdropped savannahs, fertile forests, the world’s biggest lake (Victoria), snow-capped mountains, and some of Africa’s warmest and most welcoming people. The attraction of Uganda isn’t only based around Bwindi Impenetrable Forest and Kibale for gorilla and chimp trekking, but it extends beyond Queen Elizabeth National Park for classic big game viewing and Murchison Falls.
